Our chef comes in at 5 every morning and speaks with our suppliers to identify the freshest products available that day. Once the finest and freshest ingredients are sourced, the menu is put together from scratch - all 75 entrees, including a dozen daily specials. There is no substitute for fresh, so if it's not fresh, it's not on the Tadich Grill menu.
